RepplyRight LLC ("we," "us," "our") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. This policy applies to all users of the RepplyRight service and visitors to our website.
The short version: We collect only what we need to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Your business information is used solely to craft review responses and reports for you.
Information you provide: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, business type, business location, and your preferences for tone, voice, and response style. If you provide signature items (dishes, events, specials), we collect those too. On the Approved plan, we also process your approval or rejection of individual responses.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We receive only a transaction confirmation, plan type, and billing email from Stripe.
Review data: We access your publicly available reviews on platforms you authorize (Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) in order to draft and publish responses. This data includes reviewer names, review text, star ratings, and review dates — all of which is already publicly visible.
Website visitors: We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on our website. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and notify you.
We use your information to deliver the RepplyRight service: drafting review responses in your voice, sending crisis alerts, generating monthly checkup reports, and communicating with you about your account. We also use your email address to send you service-related communications (onboarding confirmations, reports, alerts). We do not send marketing emails to customers unless you opt in.
RepplyRight uses artificial intelligence to draft review responses and analyze review themes. Your business information and review data may be processed by AI models to generate responses. A real person reviews every AI-generated response before it is published. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business information is used solely in the context of generating responses and reports for your account.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
We share data only with service providers who help us deliver RepplyRight: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), and Airtable (internal operations tracking). Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and is bound by their respective data protection obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of RepplyRight, our customers, or the public.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1 database, and KV storage) in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized RepplyRight team members who need it to deliver the service.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours.
We retain your account information and review response history for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation (in case you decide to resubscribe). After 90 days, we delete your business profile, voice preferences, signature items, and any stored review data. Monthly checkup reports are retained for 12 months after generation.
If you want your data deleted sooner, email us at jack@repplyright.com and we will process the request within 30 days.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to the retention policy above), and withdraw your consent for us to respond to reviews on your behalf at any time (by canceling your subscription or emailing us).
If you are a resident of California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under CCPA, GDPR, or UK GDPR respectively. Contact us at jack@repplyright.com to exercise these rights.
RepplyRight is a business service and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
