Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RepplyRight service operated by RepplyRight LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using RepplyRight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What We Do

RepplyRight provides AI-assisted review response management for small businesses. We draft responses to your online reviews, have a real person review each response, and publish them on your behalf to platforms you authorize (such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor). We also provide crisis alerts and monthly checkup reports as part of your subscription.

2. Your Account

When you subscribe, you provide us with business information, your preferred voice and tone, and authorization to respond to reviews on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you are enrolling.

3. Subscription & Payment

RepplyRight is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at jack@repplyright.com, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. After the first 30 days, refunds are not provided for partial months, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle.

5. What We Need From You

To deliver the service, we need you to provide accurate business information during onboarding, grant us the necessary access or authorization to post responses on your review platforms, and promptly notify us of any changes to your business (new menu items, events, hours, etc.) so your responses stay current. On the Approved plan, if you do not approve or reject a response within 24 hours, it may be posted automatically.

6. How We Respond to Reviews

All responses are generated using AI and validated by a real person before publication. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism in every response, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from review responses, such as changes to your star rating, increased foot traffic, or improved search ranking. Review responses are published in your name and on your behalf, and you authorize us to do so when you subscribe.

7. Crisis Alerts

Our system flags reviews that may contain health, safety, legal, or media-related concerns and sends you an alert by email. Crisis alerts are a best-effort notification service. We do not guarantee that every sensitive review will be caught, and alerts do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. If you receive an alert, we recommend consulting the appropriate professional.

8. Monthly Checkup Reports

We provide a monthly report summarizing your review activity, customer themes, and recommendations. These reports are for informational purposes and represent our analysis of publicly available review data. Recommendations in the report are suggestions only and should not be treated as professional business consulting advice.

9. Intellectual Property

Review responses we create on your behalf are considered works made for your business. You own the responses once they are published. Our report templates, design, branding, and proprietary systems remain the property of RepplyRight LLC.

10. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all business information, signature items, and content you provide to us. We use this information solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

RepplyRight is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepplyRight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You can cancel by emailing jack@repplyright.com. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
